Job Position: Social Media Marketer / Graphics Designer
Job Location: Ikota-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketer/Graphics Designer to join our client's team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that achieve our marketing goals.
• You will also be tasked with creating high-quality graphic design assets that support our social media efforts and overall brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Create visually appealing and engaging social media content (images, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand messaging
• Manage social media calendars and editorial schedules
• Write compelling social media captions and copy
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics
• Design graphics for social media posts, website banners, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design,or a related field is an added advantage
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Excellent graphic design skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software)
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc)
• Creative, passionate, and results-oriented
• Preferably residing inLekki-AjahAxis
