Job Position: Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervising Staff: Overseeing and directing the activities of employees during their shift, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Problem Resolution: Handling any issues or complaints from staff or customers, providing solutions as needed.
• Scheduling: Managing shift schedules, ensuring proper coverage and handling employee absences.
• Training: Providing guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during shifts.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and management.
