Job Position: Graduate Trainee (TeleSales)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As our Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for selling products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions etc) mostly via telephone and web. 
• The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, out bound calls, digital marketing, telephone marketing etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present product offerings, answer inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the public sector
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / month.
