Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and offering accurate information about our products.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
• Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle objections and rejections effectively.
