About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support the finance team in ensuring effective and efficient financial management systems across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial controls, accurate records, and supporting operational and project-based financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting:

• Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, cash receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure strong financial management practices and adequate internal controls.
• Prepare monthly fee notes and track clients’ payment status.
• Maintain records of staff travel advances and compile unretired advances at month-end.
• Perform cash management functions and ensure client accounts are properly funded.
• Ensure 100% compliance with approved budgets and spending policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of Financial Records: Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Complete all bank, client, and vendor reconciliations monthly without backlog.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities or process improvements at least once per quarter.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve vendor or client billing discrepancies within 5 working days.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
