Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos Island

QUALIFICATIONS;

• BSC in Accounting , finance etc.
• Certification in Accounting is a must . Minimum of 5 years.
• Excellent Knowledge of Accounting regulations and procedures.
• Hands on experience with Accounting Software like Sage, Quick books , Advanced Ms Excel skills.
• Experience with general ledger functions. *Indept understanding of business book keeping procedures.
• Excellent math skills with great attention to details.
• Confidentiality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage all Accounting transactions.
• Manage stock and inventory
• Publish financial statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare budget forecast
• Reconcile Accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Repost on the company's financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct data base backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
