To assist the legal counsel and company secretarial across Transcorp Group to enable it to achieve its business objectives in line with the Group's strategic objectives in accordance with good corporate governance rules and within the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
