Job Position: Brand Manager

Job Location: Airport Road, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Brand Manager at Tress Trend Company Limited.
• The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, and enhancing brand awareness and equity.
• The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure the consistency of brand identity and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development
• Campaign Planning and Execution
• Manage Brand Identity and Messaging
• Ensure Product Launch and Promotion
• Collaboration with other marketing team members
• Market Analysis and Insights
• Brand Performance Evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields
• Proven record of success in developing and implementing brand strategies, and enhancing brand awareness and equity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Experience with market research and analysis is preferred
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to create and manage Multimedia content
• Canditate must be resident in Abuja.
