Job Description

• We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager for our EdTech product.
• The ideal candidate will act as Sales manager and also report to the MD.
• Should be ready to make intensive trips inside the country, Lagos, Abuja, etc Marketing and promoting all company's products throughout the territory of Nigeria.
• Use his/her commercially reasonable efforts to achieve an adequate and growing sales volume and market share

Objectives of this role

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Develop skills continuously for training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach
• Direct engagement with schools through physical visits, emails, or calls.
• Run a minimum of 10 structured campaigns (social media ads, webinars, physical seminars, partnerships, etc.).
• Maintain a weekly report on engagement efforts, conversion rates, and strategies adjusted based on data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Should be presentable and fluent in English
• 3 to 5 years experience in the field.
• Education or Ed Tech background is a plus
