Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Brands and Marketing Manager who will run the daily activities of the marketing team, develop brands initiatives and device effective campaign strategies to increase market visibility of the company's product.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, strategized and executed marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
• Oversee all marketing initiatives from design to completion
• Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
• Develop effective product positioning in the market
• Monitoring all market trends and making sure the company’s product stays as one of the leading brand
• Evaluate the success of programs and suggest amendments and improvements if required
• Define product strategies and road maps
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
• Work with related department in achieving overall objective goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Art or Science/HND in Marketing from a recognized Tertiary Institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Brand Manager in a Food Manufacturing Company.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
