Job Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the financial sector. 
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech, finance/cooperative, and other sustainable financial services.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the financial service sector.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
• Strong network and understanding of fintech, finance, and the cooperative sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
