Biosec, an IT Company that specializes in Identity Management (Biometrics and Verification), is recruiting an experienced individual to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Director

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Develop a strategy plan/document to achieve sales targets
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Promote the company’s products and services, predicting and addressing customers’ needs, and strengthening relationships with customers
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers and key contacts of target organizations, nationwide and make regular field visits
  • Negotiate fees with customers and ensure that all marketing and sales transactions are profitable for the Company
  • Oversee the preparation of Marketing and Sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to Senior Management/the Board of Directors, as required
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Revenue forecasts
  • Develop plans to implement operational changes, to improve the effectiveness of the Business Development department.

Job Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or relevant field
  • 7 years experience
  • Highly experienced
  • From an IT background (or close)
  • Able to do business documents, presentations, projections in line with standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of public sector peculiarities and Development Agencies.

Salary
N7,200,000 Annually.

Additional Benefits:
Commission 1% of direct sales, sales from leads they generate.
