The Company’s business operation started in Kaduna from where it spread to other parts of the federation. Presently, Leadway has over 24 Branch Offices with Kaduna serving as the Registered Office and Lagos, the Corporate Office.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Relationship Officer / Contact Advisor

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  • Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Resolving complaints.
  • Process forms, orders, requests, and applications.
  • To responding promptly to queries.
  • To communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure to attend to client queries and report daily input of queries
  • Respond to client calls and reply immediately with query feedback notes
  • Do follow up with clients, and consultation

Education

  • OND / HND / B.Sc qualification
