Job Description

• We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Support to join our team at Chronicle. 
• As a Chat Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers via live chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems via live chat
• Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements / Skills

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in live chat software and help desk platforms.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
