Job Position: Chef and Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Benin / Irhirhi, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Create prep lists for the kitchen crew.
• Manage food costing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

Responsibilities 

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Agreeing and managing budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Creating staffing rotas.
• Planning menus.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
