About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide clients with accurate information about products and services.
• Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the achievement of client service goals and targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client service, customer care, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
