Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Lagos (MainLand) & Abuja

Requirements

• A smart female healthcare customer service officer with proven relevant working experience
• Candidates should be computer proficient, have a sound relevant knowledge in general customer service operations
• Have written and oral communication skills for producing high quality content, excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a customer service representative in a healthcare facility will be an added advantage while being able to work in a team
• Qualification: HND / BSc
