Job Position: Customer Service Agent
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
• Escalate complex cases where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Follow established scripts, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support overall customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Fintech or Contact Centre experience is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a positive mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Must reside within Ogba/Ikeja or 40 minutes away (Lagos Mainland).
• Willingness to work Mondays through Sundays on a shift schedule.
• Available for immediate employment.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly (Net)
