Presently, we provide recruitment services in South-West Nigeria. Our services include recruitment, background check, staff outsourcing, overseas university placement, etc.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: UI - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Attending to online (WhatsApp Messenger & phone calls) food orders from customers
  • Responding to online inquiries from customers
  • Acknowledging & processing online customer payments

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND qualification
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience.
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Good communication skill (spoken & written)
  • Pervious work experience in this role is an advantage
  • Applicants for this position must stay close to UI
  • Above 20 years old
  • Female

Remuneration
N30,000 Monthly.
