We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Sales Representative

Job Location: No 17 Idoluwo Street, by Isale Eko Grammar School, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via WhatsApp and other communication channels in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Ensure accurate counting and handling of stock, avoiding mistakes during transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to support sales efforts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly via chat or messaging platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills for accurate counting.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team
• Hands-on experience in customer service and sales within the décor industry.

Salary
N110,000 - N135,000 monthly.
