Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of internal reports and records
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in all forms (email, phone, in person) daily.
- Serve as point of communication for ground services personnel and assisted in completion of after hours requests.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
