Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of internal reports and records
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries in all forms (email, phone, in person) daily.
• Serve as point of communication for ground services personnel and assisted in completion of after hours requests.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
