Job Description

• We are looking for 50 diligent and detail-oriented outbound support agents with a strong telesales ability of calling customers with the aim of winning inactive users and bringing onboard potential customers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of OND in any discipline.
• Must have good communication skills
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

Remuneration

• N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
• Benefits; Salary + HMO + Pension + Overtime pay
