We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Merchandiser)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' inquiries, and requests
• Stock and replace products to avoid damages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled
• Process customer orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND / NCE qualification
• Minimum of one year working experience in a supermarket
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent Customer facing skill
• Good communication skills.
