Responsibilities

• Manage Social media and accounts.
• Develop Social media Content strategy and creation.
• Manage Email Marketing and newsletters.
• Plan, execute and managed PPC Campaigns.
• KPI tracking and reporting.
• Influencer outreach.
• Outdoor offline marketing activation.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Sales/Customer Service Support.
• Intern Management, Training and Supervision.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
• Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products.
• Decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams.
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments.
• Respond to customers on time.
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
• Determine what content will reach customers.
• Develop projects to create content.
• Publish digital marketing content online.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
