We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Marketing / Business Support Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel administration
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Manage the online shops of the company and ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Updating the stock record, communicating when products are running low in quantity.
• Generating sales of products by advertising them on various digital channels
• Acting on behalf of and representing the Organization as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests, expense authorization and sign off on business-related decisions
• Undertaking projects on a regular basis, including event planning
• Working closely with the administration and operations managers to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
• Attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
• Other duties as assigned to you.

Requirements

• You must own a laptop of your own.
• Must reside in Ikeja or a location very close to Ikeja
• Graphics design skills and sound in Digital Marketing is compulsory
• Must be smart and proactive.
• Working knowledge of the operations of various online market places such as Jumia, Konga and JiJi will be an advantage
• Use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google forms is compulsory.

Note: You will be required to work 3 days at the office and 2 days at home.
