About the Role

• We are a leading and fast-growing FinTech company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and sales conversion through digital platforms
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies
• Onboard and support new clients
• Promote financial products and cross-sell services
• Track and report on sales performance using analytics tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in digital sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and data analytics
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
• Excellent *communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
