Job Position: Executive Personal Assistant

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage the CEO's email inbox, responding to routine matters and flagging important emails.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
  • Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO's time is used efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Male candidate
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
