Female Administrative Officer

Job Overview

The administrative Officer will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.  Support the General Manager, Finance and Store through a variety of tasks related to administration, communication and fundraising. Oversees administrative staff (drivers, gardeners etc), logistics and information systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors. Attend to HH donors/visitors request and regularly update home List of needs
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the home database for volunteers and donors
  • Update HH Quick School Manager (QSM) software and manage and scan all vital pictures /documents in children history
  •  Assist in carrying efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Support in routing all paper documents for management approvals
  • Manage short messages to donors, partners and volunteers and assists in fundraising activities including social media management
  • Scan, file and archive all children vital documents including pictures, care orders, Court Extracts Court certified true copies of proceeding etc.  for easy retrieval. 
  •  Conduct regular market survey from time to time as required by administration  
  • Monitor maintenance and repairs of all company assets in Anthony home, complete special projects, such as dispatch /delivery of gift items, collection of donated items outside the home, Christ mas gift   etc.
  • Support social worker in review and proper filing of children’s reports
  • Schedule and attend team meetings and assist with meeting materials and agenda and reports
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs
  • Maintain master corporate calendar of all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Receive incoming calls, take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate quarters.
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Any other duty as assigned by management

Qualification

  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Salary Range 60k-80k

Candidates  Must reside around Lagos Mainland
