Job Position: Female Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor cost control.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, sales targets, and cost controls.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and customer trends.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 6 years of experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
