  • Address and resolve  field operations issues
  • Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving cooperative profits
  • Manage and coordinate materials to ensure continuity and sustainable cooperative operations.
  • Business administration, Management, Engineering, or in other similar field.
  • Experience working in an agricultural industry is preferable.
  • Few years of experience in a management position is an added advantage.
