Job Position: Finance Officer
Job Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and software, verifying data integrity and security.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits guaranteeing adherence to financial policies, procedures and control.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures through managing budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise with stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare financial management practices and regulations.
