Job Summary

• As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing the company’s growth strategy across both B2C and B2B user segments including students, parents, teachers, and institutions.
• This role requires a data-driven anduser-centricwho understands how to scale education products using a mix of digital marketing, product experiments, content, partnerships, and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages.
• Lead campaigns across performance marketing (search, display, social), organic channels (SEO, content), and partnerships to grow user base.
• Drive and optimize organic channels including SEO, content marketing, and email automation.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in an EdTech or technology-driven company.
• Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools.

Salary
NGN300,000 - NGN400,000 per month.
