Job Position: Head of Operations (Security Services)

Job Location: Lagos

Summary

• The Head of Operations will oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all security divisions.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise guard deployment, patrols, and field operations.
• Manage incident response, reporting, and quality control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (MBA or certification is an advantage).
• 5 - 10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in the security sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
