Requirements

• Graduate or Post graduate in sciences
• 10-20 years post qualification experience in food processing/ R&D operations
• Experience in product life-cycle management, formulation, stability studies and specifications development
• Techinical knowledge on aseptic packaging technologies
• Knowledge of local regulations and food laws
• Knowledge of valdation process
• Attention to details
• Leadership and managerial skills
• Experience with microsoft office packages
