Job Position: Hotel Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager in Benin City. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
• They will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, implement hotel policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
