Job Position: Human Resource Generalist

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions
The preferred candidate is to work closely with the HR Manager in the following cross HR functions:

• Recruitment & Workforce Planning
• Learning & Development
• Human Resource Information & system
• Performance Management.

Requirements

• A Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• CIPM certification is compulsory, and previous experience managing personnel in financial Institutions setup is a must.
