Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

• As our Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR practices and sustainable initiatives, handling HR-related issues with organizational agility, and providing expert guidance to ensure strategic decision-making. 
• You will play a key role in aligning our HR strategy with business goals and fostering a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions.
• Organize and oversee employee training and development programs and lead performance management processes and employee appraisals.
• Oversee employee wellness, health and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance and administer payroll and staff benefits meticulously.
• Interpret and implement HR policies, laws, and standards and manage performance reviews and support promotion processes.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SPHR).
• Solid experience as an HR Specialist or Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Gross / month.
