Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Ore Road, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Must have at least 5 years of experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
• Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
• Must have an experience in massive recruitment
• Must have experience handling large number of employees
• Must be well versed in Nigerian Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
• Must have an experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
• Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.
