Job Position: Human Resources Consultant

Job Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Advice clients on a range of human resources functions
• Facilitate training programs
• Review and develop training materials
• Recruitment
• Attend client meetings to analyse, design and recommend solutions
• Identify client training related needs
• Maintain professional and cordial relationship with clients
• Ensure all suggestions, solutions and initiatives are legal and regulatory compliant
• Develop and contribute to initiatives to continually improve in-house HR functions
• Provide support to the Staffing Services division when required
• Assist in the implementation of human resources programs and contribute in the design of continuous improvement initiatives

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 5 - 6 years work experience.
