Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a mega importer of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines and spirits) with offices in Lagos, PH, Enugu, Benin and Onitsha, and also with dealers and sales teams nationwide.

Due to an on-going restructuring, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Generalist
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct employee recruitments, orientation and all on-boarding activities.
• Conduct job evaluations and prepare job descriptions for all positions in the organization.
• Work with HR Manager and HODs to set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for all job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all employee work results periodically.
• Monitor performance appraisal procedures and ensure its compliance.
• Encourage employee communications and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job function, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.
• Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend needed changes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / BA in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of HR work experience is required.
• HR Certifications is an advantage.
• Candidate must be a passionate about HR, Peoples Management and Business Sustainability.
• She must have worked or is currently working in a well organized company with systems and procedures.

Other Conditions:

• Applicants must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity.
• They must be conversant with all HR conventions and the Labor Act.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
• Other Benefits: Highly attractive.
