  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring company policies adhere to all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, salary structures, and employee benefits programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Advising senior leadership on human capital strategy, organizational culture, and workforce planning. 
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, typically requiring 4- 5 years of HR experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in MS Office.
