Human Resources Officer

Federgo Engineering Limited (FEL) is a leading E.P.I.C. (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Construction) company in Nigeria, specializing in projects in the OIl and Gas Sectors based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

We currently have opportunity to place experienced candidates to maintain a number of oil production and utilities pumps in one of our key clients sites in the capacity below:

Requirements

• Must possess a first degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably social sciences or administration. Relevant professional certification e g MBA,CIPM, CIPO, SHRM qualified is an advantage.
• Minimum of Two (2) years cognate experience in the Oil and Gas (EPIC) industry
• Ability to coordinate the planning and forecasting of the Group’s workforce requirement and maintain up-to-date inventory of job descriptions, organisation structure and manning Organisation-wide.
• To develop and maintain professional relationships with business unit heads, in order to identify and attend to their human resources needs.
• To drive continuous improvement and cultural change initiatives.
• To ensure the provision and development of adequately motivated employees for the achievement of Company’s goals.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, performance management, learning and development; careers management and rewards management
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools

Salary
Salary is competitive and negotiable based on industry experience.
