Job Summary

• The Inventory Manager oversees the organization’s entire inventory system, ensuring stock accuracy, cost control, and smooth supply chain flow.
• The role involves leading inventory officers, designing inventory policies, and optimizing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective inventory management policies and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and train inventory staff.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand.
• Analyze inventory data to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Prepare inventory reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
