Limehousebars is a mobile cocktail bar that provides cocktails for all events, from weddings and corporate parties to festivals.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Bartender / Mixologist

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role


  • We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Mixologist to join our team full-time.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cocktails for deliveries as well as at events.
  • The standard working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but flexibility is required, especially on event days where late-night will be necessary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve high-quality cocktails with precision and flair.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of cocktails to customers.
  • Follow established recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency in drink quality.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of bartending and cocktail preparation.
  • Uphold the quality of drinks during the delivery process.
  • Represent Limehousebars at events, including weddings, corporate parties, and festivals.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
  • Communicate with the operations team to ensure stock levels are sufficient.
  • Be adaptable to the job's demands, including late-night shifts during events.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to dynamic event environments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for attendees.

Requirements & Experience

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.
  • Physical stamina to stand and lift/move heavy items (mobile bar, etc).
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A residence on the island or a proximity to the island is preferred.

2.) Social Media Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team.
  • This dynamic role involves not only providing exceptional customer support but also actively participating in creating engaging social media content for our platforms.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to enhancing our online presence, promoting our brand, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and engaging content using images, videos, and graphics that align with Limehousebars' brand image.
  • Attend company events, happy hours, and other relevant gatherings to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
  • Curate and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and feedback to adjust content strategies for optimal results.
  • Run ads.

Requirements & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Over 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to attend events and gatherings, occasionally in the evenings.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidate must be based in Lagos, preferably based on the Island.
  • Strong photography (must have an iPhone) and videography skills; experience with photo and video editing software such as capcut, inshot, etc.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding work.

3.) Creative Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and imaginative individual who can bring our brand to life through captivating designs for various platforms, including social media, promotions, exhibitions, and outdoor events.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into visually stunning graphics.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand identity for Limehousebars.
  • Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design visually engaging content for print and digital media.
  • Manage and enhance our online presence through creative and compelling visuals.
  • Design graphics for website updates, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Produce creative assets for events, including signage, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure designs complement the overall theme and atmosphere of each event.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and branding initiatives.

Requirements & Experience

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 years of work experience.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
