1.) Business Analyst

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
• Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary
• Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
• Develop training and support programs for implementations, as needed and provide go-live post implementation support to business units.

Requirements
Required:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or other related disciplines. Post-graduate Degree in related field preferred, professional certifications like ECBA, CCBA or CBAP would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years in Business Analyst function.

Preferred:

• Understand current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
• Have the knowledge of process engineering and process improvements.

2.) Application Development and Support

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Application Developer and support shall design and code functional programs and support applications.
• The goal is to write clean code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.
• The person shall have excellent knowledge of at least one programming language.

Responsibilities 

• Understand Renmoney’s business requirements and how to translate it into application features 
• Writing high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule 
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing 
• Troubleshoot and debug applications 
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications 
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch 
• Work with Mambu core banking application APIs.

Requirements

• Possess the ability to write programs in PHP, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and SQL commands.
• Have a good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and of developing web services
• Can work with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Can work effectively with MySql database management systems
• Have hands-on experience of system management, system setup.

3.) IT Control Analyst - Risk Analysis, IT Audit

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the effectiveness of our information systems, security, and I.T governance controls with a view to safeguarding the assets of the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on IT control management matters, particularly on application and infrastructure security.
• Perform continuous examination of existing internal IT and system controls, evaluate the design and its operational effectiveness, assess exposure to risk and develop remedial strategies in the organization.
• Assist in devising and implementing controls to minimize business risks arising from weaknesses within the business systems and IT infrastructures of the organization.
• Perform regular risk assessment of IT infrastructures which include risk analysis & threats assessment, enterprise security management process, computer, and communication security, including identifying areas where business units should consider additional investment and areas internal audit should focus.
• Provide continuous assurance to the business on the effectiveness and adequacy of system, process, and technology controls as well as other safeguards/measures put in place by management for the realization of business objectives.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technology related Degrees.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing IT Audit/Control functions.
• Applicable IT Certification is a plus (e.g., CISA/CISM/CRISC/CISCO).
