We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance Officer
Job Location: Ajah / Abraham Adesanya, Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG modern trade environment.
- The ideal candidate must have solid accounting experience and be proficient in using QuickBooks (online) for daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Monitor sales, collections, and inventory transactions in line with FMCG operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities when required.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably in an FMCG/modern trade environment.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2.) Inventory Account Officer
Job Location: Ajah / Abraham Adesanya - Lagos
Reports To: Inventory Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary
- The Inventory Account Officer is responsible for managing and reconciling the financial aspects of inventory records.
- This includes ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded and that stock balances remain consistent between the physical warehouse and the accounting system.
- The officer will work closely with warehouse, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless inventory flow, accurate reporting, and full compliance with company policy.
- The role also involves processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accounting & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the accounting system.
- Monitor and reconcile stock balances between physical count and ERP/manual records.
- Track inventory inflows and outflows (purchases, transfers, sales, returns, wastage).
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Post journal entries for inventory adjustments, write-offs, and transfers.
Stock Control & Reconciliation
- Participate in physical stock counts and random spot checks.
- Reconcile stock variances between system and physical counts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure accurate stock valuation based on FIFO, LIFO, or Weighted Average methods.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Ensure inventory transactions are properly documented (e.g., requisition forms, GRNs).
- Implement and enforce internal controls to prevent stock loss, theft, or misreporting.
- Maintain compliance with inventory policies and accounting standards.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify and document stock movement.
- Liaise with sales and operations teams to confirm product availability and resolve stock issues.
Audit & Documentation:
- Prepare inventory schedules and reports for internal and external audits.
- Support audit teams with required documentation and data.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of inventory and financial records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of inventory records (physical vs. system).
- Timeliness and completeness of monthly reconciliations.
- Number of discrepancies identified and resolved.
- Readiness and accuracy of audit reports.
- Reduction in inventory losses and shrinkage.
Key Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:** 0–4 years in inventory, accounting, or finance roles (preferably within FMCG).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with ERP/inventory software (e.g., Online QuickBooks, SAP).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles related to inventory.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3.) Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary
- The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, and inventory management.
- The role ensures timely availability of goods and services, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain cycle of the warehouse.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply and minimize risks.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure optimal stock availability across the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports (stock status, supplier performance).
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend improvement strategies.
- Support the implementation of supply chain management systems and best practices.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and other departments to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement principles, and logistics management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/Inventory software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
