Job Position: Logistics Manager


Job Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the logistics arm of Remedial Health. You will coordinate the transportation and delivery of products across all 36 states in Nigeria

Job Description

  • Planning and implementing logistical strategy that increases efficiency and speed from start to finish of the entire process
  • Devise and implement methods for optimum driver performance
  • Monitor drivers on their trips and give relevant assistance where needed
  • Solving delivery related issues with customers when needed
  • Keeping accurate records of all deliveries, processes and performance of team members
  • Making use of software to track goods from pick up to delivery
  • A key part in improving the overall supply chain performance by coming up with innovations to the process
  • Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
  • Implementing new technologies and keeping abreast of new trends in the sector
  • To succeed in this role, you should:
  • Be a self-starter and target driven
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational and communication (writing and verbal) skills
  • Have Intermediate IT skills
  • Have a logical and systematic approach to work

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience (at least 2 years in supply chain)
  • Experience in a Transport and Logistics role
  • Experience in a reputable transportation company is a strong advantage

Job Position: Credit Risk Associate

About the Role

  • The Credits Risk Associate is responsible for analysing and determining a customer’s ability to pay at the estimated date of payment in order to fulfil their contractual obligations

Job Description

  • Analysing financial data to assess risk exposure and recommend solutions
  • Monitoring and reviewing a customer’s credit history and application to determine their risk of defaulting on payment
  • Reviewing financial statements to determine the company’s ability to repay its debts
  • Prepare reports summarizing and analysing findings and recommending next steps

Person Specification

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related course

Job Position: Supply Chain Analyst

  • A Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collating, analyzing data and using the data to support their recommendations for optimizing processes within the procurement department

Job Description

  • Run standard spend visibility reports for the Procurement department
  • Conduct spend analysis to continuously identify saving opportunities
  • Assess the Procurement departments processes and the company’s inventory and use the data to improve the departments efficiency
  • Gather data on each step within the supply chain process, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs
  • Occasionally make presentations to the management on findings and practical recommendations

Person Specification

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in a supply chain environment
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an FMCG is an advantage
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
