Ladgroup Limited is the foremost exporter of Sheanuts in Nigeria. We are Agro Allied business with Head Office in Lagos and operations at Ikene-Remo, Ogun State. The company has embarked on the construction of a Vegetable Oil Processing Factory at Ikene which is near completion.

The factory will pioneer value addition  to Sheanut on a Commercial scale to produce Shea Butter primarily for the export market which will contribute towards non-oil export earning in Nigeria.

We are looking for highly qualified, committed and experience individuals, who will share this vision, to join our team.

Hence we are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Head Human Resources Management/Administration
Location: Ikene, Ogun
Job Descriptions

• To oversee the Human Resources and Administrative functions (including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management etc.) develop and implement HR strategies, policies and process.

Qualification and Experience

• University Degree, with first Degree qualification
• Minimum of 10-15 years work experience in Human Resources Management in a reputable organisation.
• Must be at least 45 years old.

Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions

• To manage property comprising a 3 storey office block, cold rooms and warehouses
• Manage the tenants and lease agreements.
• Ensure optimum occupancy.
• Maintain the facilities and ensure security of the premises,
• Manage vendors

Qualification and Experience

• University Degree; Professional qualification will be of added advantage.
• Must have at least 10 years professional experience in Estate Management in a reputable organisation
