We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics / Fleet Manager

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption Date: 8th January, 2024

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, considering cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Work closely with delivery teams and drivers to ensure efficient routes and schedules.
• Address and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise during the transportation process.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the safe and intact delivery of our delicate and perishable products.
• Conduct regular inspections of goods in transit and at storage facilities.

Warehousing and Storage:

• Oversee warehouse operations, including the organization and storage of products.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, including first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of logistics and warehouse personnel. Provide training and guidance to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key
• performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc
• Must have 2 years on the same role

Salary

• N100,000 / Month
