O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited was registered on 24th of April 2015 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019. At O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited, we are known for innovative and exceptional after-sales service and support for all our Clients and customers through our seasoning Engineers and Customers Service representatives as we provide alternative energy solutions to each home, organizations, schools, industries, government agencies and non-governmental parasternal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Manager

Job Location: Oshodi / Mafoluku - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer delivery
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints from logistics and marketing issues
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timelines targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implementation improvements.
• Maintain proper knowledge of loaded items.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and other end-users.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock supply, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency.
• Arrange and ensure proper plan routes and process shipments
• Ensure that appropriate and complete documentation is available at the time of loading.
• Make sure drivers are adhering to to speed limits in order to ward off possible misadventures.
• Ensure that delivery receipts are signed and check your way bill properly at source before leaving.
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery time in company provided log books
• Ensure that the delivery schedule is followed Specifications
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
• Constantly train and orientate drivers
• Collaborate with Managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
